I have first hand experience of dealing with the company in this respect and can say that they are an arrogant organisation on the whole. Take their blatant theft of web content and claims that (suddenly, without their knowledge) hundreds of well-known industry names were dedicated "authors" for their RSS-scraping web portal was the start of this whole ridiculous mess. They need to drop their arrogant and unprofessional plagiarism, start writing some apologies using real names and real photos and either try conducting their business in a correct ethical fashion or give up and go home. That would be the correct approach, as opposed to spreading libelous remarks about respected individuals. They may also want to remove the following line from most of their web sites as it clearly doesn't reflect their actual policy regarding copyright: "Reproduction in whole or in part in any form or medium without express written permission of SYS-CON Publications, Inc. is prohibited" There's too much of this sort of nonsense going on and life is too short to waste with idiots like this - faceless idiots who are not even strong enough to show their real names and faces.
